Debt Sanity

Review: I was referred to [redacted] (Debt Sanity) in 2012 reference to help in saving my house of foreclosure. He stated he doesn't believe in modification and that bank is only trying to take advantage of customer because it does not exit. He mentioned "strategic" in loans being bought without customer authority and that's what happened to my case, according to Mr. [redacted]. His offer was getting my house back without a modification for the discrepancy of loan selling my account and his service was $2,500. I paid Mr. [redacted] $2,500 and didn't heard from him until July 2013 with bad news. He stated that my case was difficult because whom bought my loan and the only thing to do was to try for a loan modification and on top of that will start charging me $300 a month until all paper is processed. I called bank on September 2013 to check status where I stand with my case and I was in a huge lost of my home. No calls was made to the bank from Mr. [redacted] or his secretary but they were pretending it was all being taken care of. I realized this is all a fraud because bank does not charge their customer for a modification and this is my second time being fooled with an agency trying to help people that is helpless. I called Mr. [redacted] receptionist [redacted] & stated why a third party is needed for a modification & since Mr. [redacted] is not calling me I will handle my case on my own. I requested I didn't wanted his service any longer & wanted to know what Mr. [redacted] did with the $2,500 I paid him because there was no result in my case.Desired Settlement: I would like Mr. [redacted] to refund the amount that I paid of $2,500. He did not resolve my issue and at this moment I'm still trying to save my house. The amount of money I paid him will help me catch up with the loan modification the bank put me for three months.
