Review: Was recommended to this agency who helps people with "FORECLOSURE" or loosing their home. Mr.[redacted] supposedly the owner who runs the business guaranteed in solving my issue and if I was not satisfied that he will reimburse the amount paid which was $2,500. His service was in getting my home back without a modification because he didn't believed in modifications. That bank was just ripping off customers with modification and his service was better than dealing with bank. All this was discussed in June 2012. Didn't heard from him until mid July 2013 that plans didn't worked as planned and solution was in going for a modification and that will charge me $300 a month until all paper is processed and approved. I was very upset of the results and once he stated in charging us more money I decided to do some research with bank on my own. While I was gathering all information for bank Mr. [redacted] receptionist [redacted])was emailing me to send them information supposedly bank was requesting but I was not receiving any letters from bank. When I called bank they haven't heard from anyone in trying to solve my case since beginning of 2012. That's when I realized that Mr. [redacted] is taking me as a fool and wanted $300 more on top of the $2,500 that was paid for his service. I request to his receptionist that why he was not calling me and Ms.[redacted] was doing all the emailing. She did responded which I will attach for your review. They never answered my question which I asked in where does my situation stand since I already heard from my bank.Desired Settlement: Mr. [redacted] signed a letter stating if I was not satisfied with service that he will reimburse me. Since his service never got anywhere and everything went against his words "not a modification", I think I deserve in getting my money bank. I'm dealing with bank on my own now and trying to save my home. I thought Mr. [redacted] was taking care of my case since June 2012 but realized once I called bank they never received any calls from anyone since beginning of 2012 until I called, Sept. 2013
