Review: On 06/**/2015 .. I sent a detailed letter requesting validation of the debt after getting a notice from [redacted] that a collection had been reported by common wealth finance on 06/**/2015 ....I also disputed the debt ...and it was verified by this company which was a violation of the debt collection practices act....because it was not validated and it was on my credit report ..This letter was sent certified mail with a return receipt that was received and signed by [redacted] ON JULY **, 2015....

On 07/**/2015 ...I sent a second notice due to the fact their company had not complied by removing or sent any verifying information informing them that they where knowingly, deliberately, consciously, and calculatingly in violation of the FDCPA, SECTION 809 [b] ... I sent a copy of the first letter signed and notarized with the second letter signed and notarized as well which included all proof documentation which included all credit report listings and all signed returned and certified receipts... .a latter received a returned receipt singed my by [redacted] ON JULY **, 2015.....

ALL DOCUMENTS WHERE NOTARIZED....

I HAVE DISPUTED THE COLLECTION AGAIN ON 08/**/2015 WHICH WAS VERIFIED ....THIS IS PROOF OF FURTHER COLLECTION ACTIVITY... AND IN VIOLATION OF THE FDCPA .....Desired Settlement: this is not my debt .....this needs to be removed from [redacted] ..[redacted] ....and [redacted]
