Don't call them report them to your attorney general
I immediately knew this was some type of Fraud since my credit & debt are in excellent standing. I called b/c I thought maybe someone had done identity theft. No. This company sends out letters that make it seem like you owe a debt from a loan and that a Response Required. What a Scam. Just make a report with the Attorney General or better yet the FTC. What a bunch of Cons. Adina "client success manager" I saw your Poshmark Page. Girl Bye. Jeremy COO and Courtney the "Negotiations Manager", You guys should be ashamed of yourselves for perpetuating this misleading mailing to people.

Advertising Under False Pretenses
I receive your "advertisement" at lease once a week and I have to say, your scare tactics are the reason why people call you and the reason they end up in a worse situation than before! Having statements like ***Response Required*** is how you get the gullible to fall for your gimmick. Really, they are REQUIRED to respond? Shameless, that is what your company is. I am curious to know what happens if I don't respond within the stated 10 days, other than you sending out another notification. I've been so kind as to add a photo, pointing out your glaring scare tactics. I only hope others read this, or at the very least, read through the garbage you send out and know they DO NOT have to call you.

False advertising. The letter I received makes it look like I owe Debt Blue money, which is false.
I received a deceiving letter today saying ***Response Required*** and making it sound like I owe DebtBlue money. This is false advertising. Their marketing is deceiving and manipulative.

Desired Outcome

Stop advertising under false pretenses to me or anyone else.

DebtBlue very unprofessional when trying to cancel and speak to customers very rudely.
I called on Friday, 6/5/2020 and spoke with Tony *** who is a new account specialist. We spoke and discussed a payment to be set up and was very nice and informative. At the end of the call, I spoke with Sandy who explained to me that my credit score was going to be effected and I may get a 1099 form for IRS. This left me uneasy and I called back on Monday to cancel. I could not get a hold of anyone and left numerous messages. Sandy called me Tuesday, 6/9/2020 to welcome me to the program and then I told her I did not want to go through and needed to cancel. She let me know that Tony was not in that day and would let him know so he could explain the process of canceling. I never got a call back from Tony or anyone. I called everyday and left messages with my number for them to call back. Finally on Monday, 6/15/2020 a new representative answered when I called from my office number. I explained to Derek my situation and his response was, "That since I tried to cancel, I was not a priority to the company. There priorities were clients that need help with loan process." I was in disbelief of what he was saying and he repeated that same comment several times. I was asking for paper or statement to have confirmation of cancellation. He then reassured me that on his end it was canceled as he was looking at his computer. I asked again for an email or paper statement to have proof that it was and he said, "No, we can not provide you that or a copy of the confirmation of cancellation." I asked to speak with a supervisor and he told me that is not going to be possible, they are all in meetings. He said he would note it on the file and ask someone to call me and I have yet to receive a call from anyone. I called later and finally was able to speak with Tony and asked the same question about getting a cancellation confirmation on the paperwork we signed and he said can not provide me with that and I would have to get in touch with Customer Service. Even though he claimed to be be account agent and said if there was anything I needed to call him because he was Here for me. I called yesterday 6/15/2020 about 15 times to the Customer service number and no one answered. I am disappointed and aggravated that these so called professionals and A+ rated representatives can not even return a call or provide the answers I needed. It is disturbing that they are comfortable telling customers who cancel they are no longer a priority and treat them as if they mean nothing. This is unacceptable and I will not recommend anyone to them or do business with them.

Desired Outcome

I would like Someone from debt blue to contact me and give me the cancellation proof paperwork that I have been asking for since last week. It stressful and unsettling that I have to go to extensive measures to receive proof of cancellation to have peace of mind.
