Review: Debtcare Center was to assist me with paying towards my Student Loans by consolidating my loans and putting me on a plan to receive the Public Service Forgiveness Program. I agreed to pay for the 3/4 months of about $170 for the processing fee. Once the 3/4 months came to an end, I notice that they are still withdrawing money from my account. I have tried to call them several times. The first 4 times I called I would get a voicemail of a lady saying her name. The following times I called I would get a voicemail that said Debtcare Center. No one has returned my phone calls and I would like to figuire out what is going on before more money is withdrawn from my account. I'm now unsure of the status of my student loans and if I'm in default and would like for all my payments to be returned to me so I can apply it to my student loans that are now past due, several months.Desired Settlement: I would like for Debtcare to stop withdrawing money from my account and all my payments to be returned to me. It has caused me to be several months behind in my student loan payments.

Review: I had called the Debt Care Center to get help with my federal student loans from ITT Technical Institute. We had agreed upon a monthly payment of $249.95 for 4 months and then I would not need to make payments until I made $30,000 or more a year. The first payment was received with no issues. I am in my second month and the payment has not been put through. I have called multiple times to inquire why but they always Dodge my calls and refuse to return them. I would like to know why they aren't willing to help me anymore.Desired Settlement: Since they are no longer willing to help me after I have made the first payment of $249.95, I wish to have my first payment refunded and this company to provide better customer service or be shut down.

Review: I finally got the money to settle in and start paying my student loans so that I can finish my last year of college in which I am 22,000 in dept. I ended up going on the Revdex.com website to find a legit dept consolidation program and ended up with deptcare center. Long story short, I absolutely regret the whole process! They told me I qualified to be able to pay off my student loans in 10 years and will still be able to go back to school during the 10 years. I had to pay 575 dollars to get the process started and then would just pay 15 a month for the next 10 years and no matter how much I end up paying at the end of the 10 years they would pick up the rest (that's what I qualified for). The whole thing never fell through besides my 1st transaction of 575. They never called back afterwards, when I called them I got sent to voicemail, I sent emails, left messages and still no call back...for months! I want either my money back or them shut down. I will take it to the court system if I have to. I'm afraid because they got allot of information from me including my ssn, account numbers and all and I can't afford to be jipped anymore than I already have been.Desired Settlement: Still haven't heard from anyone, they won't return my calls, emails or anything.
