I have been using this salon and there services for well over a year. I have used hair dye from Sally's to color it. I had spoken with the staff on several occasions about how to get red into the black on my hair. They said it would have to be lifted and that they could do that. I finally got up enough courage to let them dye my hair. I believe my hair got too hot and I told my stylist that it was, and she said it was normal and to just let her know if it got unbearable. She never once checked under the foils to see how it was processing but continued to work with another client....I had very long hair. Over half of my hair had to be cut because there was nothing left to it from them over processing it. They wouldn't admit that they had done something wrong instead they placed the blame on me, stating I must have used a color in my hair that was metallic that reacted with the bleach. They never admitted to leaving it on too long. There was never a timer set...when they placed the red in what hair I had left it turned pink due to the hair being so damaged it wouldn't accept color. The manager was well involved and not only let me leave with pink hair as a business professional but with an unsightly hair cut, that was uneven and unmanageable... They did give me some free product and offered to trim my hair as well as do a protein treatment at a later date, of which they acted like they had never done before but would try it on me to see if it would help.... I called the manager on a later date to let her know that the cut and color was not working and I was embarrassed to be in public. She said the only thing she could do was trim and to add more color. She would sell me a wig a cost but would not give me a wig to cover the damage.
