On this issue. The Issue isn't testing. Issue was she purchased item 9/2015 with a "no return no refund no exchange policy on it. That policy is CLEARLY stated on our display case and on her receipt. Same as last issue from last complaint. Decades is not a [redacted] like these customers...

think.  If item wasn't working  and didn't performed  it has a warranty from manufacture but since it was working PERFECTLY they could do nothing for her. She attempted to return item multiple times to multiple employees with lies to our employees who she was very nasty to. She was then sent to the co owner who in the end "AGAINST STORE POLICY" offered her a full store credit for the item which she REFUSED and told the co owner a few choice words Revdex.com does not want me  to post. She then filed a false fraud claim with her credit card company which she LOST recently. Which leads us now to the Revdex.com! She had the gall to call earlier this month asking for the store credit 1st offered which she was kindly told NO because of the way she treated MY EMPLOYEES and CO OWNER. Not to mention the man hours wasted filing paperwork showing her credit card company and my processor her claim was a fraud. Next time a store goes WAY OUT OF THEIR WAY to make someone like her happy she should accept it instead of acting in the manor she did.  Did she supply letter from her credit card company stating she had no claim and no fraud was committed? NO..  Did she supply the Revdex.com a copy of her receipt that shows no refund , return or exchange?
