I am rejecting this response because:I have attached the flyer that Charles created for our school's fundraiserAs you can see on the to of the flyer, he put that a percentage of the sales would go to our school for our flashing lightHe told me that the dollar amount would be $per shirt, that is why the shirts cost so muchThe design was created by one of our parents and Charles did photo shop the design because it was a drawing. Charles has been sending me threatening texts since I have filed this with the Revdex.comI will be submitting those as well

Case *** This letter *** *** wrote is fabricated, and full of lies from someone who hadn't been involved in
the purchase of these shirts for the school tell the tail endI had worked with her daughter whom I would say was in her late 30's early 40'sHer only tie to the school was her kids gone there and her mom was the vise principalShe had come to us asking if we could design a logo for the school as they where NOT HAPPY with anything they had come up withShe had shown us a drawing a parent had drawn but again wasn't happy with it and needed it changed up and put into a digit form where either us or for them to useWe sent the art in emails, you have emails with the PDF and ai(*** ***) files. From what the daughter of *** *** expressed to us is that they had been all over town trying to get someone to do this logo for themWith no success, either that the people they went to couldn't do what they wanted, or that they tried and the school wasn't happyShe also stated that it was causing a feud around town and that the school was on its last try to do these shirtsWe figured that this project would take time and a ton of work to meet these peoples expectations but we took it on as a challenge, which later became a nightmare. Several months went by, back and forth with the logoEvery time we would make a change, ***'s daughter would have to run back and get approval(again these PDF and aifiles where emailed every time.) During this process there had been some people on the school board who wasn't happy with ***'s daughter trying to get her way on everything, just because her mom was the vice principal of the schoolWe had parents and members of the school board coming into our shop expressing their concerns, asking for changes, pissed off and mad***'s daughter found out and become this person you'd never want to meet (this is when I recalled the first time I talked to her when she said no one would work with them in town). At some point throughout this, I called the school where *** *** worked and she answered, and it was at this point I met her for the first timeI told *** that we where done with the process and was not going to continueThat we were not going to be chewed out, cursed to and be a whipping post for her daughter who was out of controlLater to find out *** had been fully aware of her daughters actions, as parents and members of the board where coming to ***, saying she needed talked too (we see the reasoning behind no one willing to do work with them in town)*** begged us to stay, that she was going to not have her daughter involved anymoreIt wasn't tell *** stopped in to the shop to talk about things a second time that we where okay to continue on with the designing of the logo and printing of the shirts for them, if the daughter was out of the picture for everyone's sake Do to her daughter putting us through what she had, and where this had gone, *** was in agreement at this point that they where just happy to be able to get shirtsEverything the daughter had talked about was behind usAt the first we had designed a order form for the school, in which *** was to redo to her and the school boards liking and distribute them among the parents and kids for orderingWe did a order here and there throughout the school yearWe done next day rush jobs, we even got roped into picking the orders up and dropping them offNot one order we done had there ever been a complaint or a recallWe held up our end of the deal ever time. If *** thinks there was a fundraiser in the works, it must had never been talked aboutHer daughter mentioned something at the very first, how ever no details where ever worked outWhen *** took this over from her out of control daughter, nothing ever was said. ***show the Revdex.com and us a contract in which we both agreed to a fundraiser amount?? please$bucks, where did you get that figure, and where is a count on what we didexactly! Even the principal had issues with yourself and the behavior of your daughter!

I ordered and paid for a windshield banner on August 14, 2018, which stated on his website that orders are shipped out within 48 hours. I specifically ordered from Decal Guy because he was in the United States. I was able to send one email checking on the status, never got a response. Now I can't even contact him, none of the links on his website work, and I have not received my banner. I think I've been scammed.

[redacted] has no proof of us ever talking about a found raiser, simply cause it never happened between her and us. She has pulled this figure out of her cape, as she has with an amount she thinks we owe. You know your daughter was nasty to us and you begged us to come back on board. We done so with all new terms, and those where, you where HAPPY to see someone willing to work with you and that the shirts where all you where concerned about. We bent over backwards to do everything you wanted. Now a year and a half later, you think we owe you for something that never was talked about.Why was it that your daughter was involved in this when she plays no role in the school other then your daughter and that her kids gone to this school. I believe this is the same reasons that the school board members and the parents stepped up and your daughter went by the waist side in this project. Please be respectful as we done our share in what you wanted which was the shirts, that everyone is happy about.As for the art, you received all this in emails, which this is what you requested. Only reason you want it now is to play like we never gave you it. WE HAVE PROOF YOU GOT IT!Even the principal had issues with yourself and the behavior of your daughter!

I am rejecting this response because: The entire response is incorrect. I had seen his store at the mall and asked my daughter to take the design, that was designed by one of our parents, to him and see if he would be able to put it on some shirts. He told her that for $40 he would put the design on a disc and give it to her. He never did this part of the agreement. He did put the design on the shirts and created an order form for our parents to order t-shirst and hoodies. On the form, it stated that $5 from each shirt would go towards a fundraiser for a flaming light for our school.  
I have asked him several times for the money from the fundraiser. He admitted that he owed us around $300 and said that we owed him about that same amount. I told him that we paid him and gave him proof. Then he started this verbiage in the response you have gotten from him.
