I have placed numerous orders (17)with Decalify and have never been dissatisfied My orders have always been shipped and received in a reasonable amount of timeThe orders I have received have been packaged nicely,and complete Lucas , (one of the owners) is a Real Hands on business owner..I really love the fact that whenever I have a question, He is right there to help me find the answer,,and has actually gone beyond his Job responsibilities to help me.AT NO CHARGE...I feel that he really cares about his business is does everything humanly possible to please his customers ( NOT always EASY) but he sure does try....This is a place that I Love to do business with and have never been disappointed
I ordered and on I added to my order #5994b by phoneI spoke with *** that afternoon and he told me my order was missing something that came in that day and would ship out todayMarch 28th my order came, a later week afterMy order was missing a roll of transfer tape and sheets of htvWhich whoever packed the order wrote 2htv sheets missingI emailed them right away and explained what items were missingdays later I got an email back asking what was missingI replyed again saying what was missing, apparently it was too difficult to read my 1st to knowLater that day on here they announce now they have fb support, just message themSo I messaged asking when will it be shippedThey said they would lookThen came back and asked did I email support, yeah I didThen nothingSo the next day I messaged asking what's going onThen *** posted on the cheaphtv fb group when we email, call or message that we go to the end of the lineThat we should be patientHow many days should I be patient, I feel was long enough and said so on the postThe got blocked from the groupI filed a PayPal complaintWith in minutes I got a fb message from him and emailsSo they are reading emails right away and just chose not to answerThere customer service is awfulYou get lied to and treated poorly
Very poor customer service! Would not answer emails, phone calls or chatTook my money immediately but did not ship my productFiled a dispute with my bank and thankfully got my money back
It took over weeks to receive my order from CheapHTV, even after numerous phone messages, emails, facebook messages to the owner *** ***, etcWhen I did receive my order only third of the order was there, although he called me a liar and said I received full orderThank goodness for taking video while openingI filed a dispute with my Visa and received a refundUnfortunately I am one of many who was scammed
I have order times so far with CheaphtvI found their sales through a giveaway post and decided for the prices to give them a tryI made my first order and it shipped out the next dayMy second order I ordered during a sale so it shipped out after the sale ended, but I was told that on the websiteI got it about days after the sale ended, and it came priority shippingThe last order shipped out 2-days after I ordered and also came priority shippingAll orders were correct and one order even came with an extra sheet of HTV which I'm not sure if it was an intentional freebie, or if it was just a mistake on counting, either way it was a really nice surprise to get an extra for freeI would recommend this business to friends

I have placed 3 orders with CheapHTV via their website so far. I have not had any issues with contacting them, and was even able to call them and add to my order when I learned that I was going to need more product than what I had originally ordered. Shipping has been fast, I have not gotten anything in damaged or not cut correctly. I have ordered both types of vinyl as well as accessories that I needed as well. They have great prices and great service. A++
