This review is more so with the receptionist and not the owner very rude and nasty I was not acknowledge when I brought my vehicle in for repairs anytime I called or had a question about my vehicle she had a attitude as if I was getting on her nerves, the four times I did show up she's sitting there doing nothing I wish business owners and the people they hire to represent their business understand the reason why you are in business is because of us THE CUSTOMERS its not always a great idea to keep it in the family because clearly she's a family member and cares nothing about her position

My car was moved to this shop by Progressive after an accidentMy original choice was Gerber Collision but they were too full to accept incoming carsThis shop had my car for weeksAfter three weeks they called to tell me my car was repaired and ready for pickupWhen I arrived to pick it up, there was no tag on the carThey claimed they didn't know where my tag was, the tag had been sent to them via fedex by the tow yard holding it and had been signed for a month prior, they somehow misplaced itThey called to tell me they found it after a few days, and that I could pick the car upWe test drive the car, and a bolt falls outMy husband looks at the work that was done and they had used lots of old part, some of which were faulty and they also didn't tighten the boltsThe car was unsafe to drive and unsuitableThe manager assures is the car will be repaired and not to worryThey have the car another week, we went to pick it up, and it's still unaligned, it pulls so hard to t
