car then it should have beenWe could see the car's original inner rocker panel displayed in the picture which is a clear indication of where the outer rocker panel should beDespite they're mechanic's resume or "experience", we were simply stating facts to the customer that the inner rocker panel should be the same length as the outer rocker panel because the two are welded together to form a "tube" like channel that attaches to the frame of the carWe also informed the customer that many customers use an additional outer rocker panel and cut off the ends to extend into the rear quarter panel as the customer needsWe are not trying to extort the customer into purchasing additional items, however the customer is trying to replace a section of the car with a replacement panel that is NOT intended to replaceThe customer is aware of our day return policy and they are not obligated to keep the item purchased and is welcome to purchase freely from any other companyWe tried helping the customer to the best of our ability, however our knowledge of replacement body panels and what they replace does not meet this customer's expectations
