We are very sorry that you are unhappy with our product and serviceIt does sound like our support team was able to replace the broken earphones as well as ship them out to you free of charge to Hawaii twiceOur year manufacturers warranty does start on the original purchase dateOur warranty
and replacement shipping policy is laid out in our Terms and Conditions on our websiteEven though it is outside our policy and warranty I have decided to send you a free set of our updated earphonesThese earphones should be more durable and hold up better for your needs.
