i'm happy with the deal I got from the company. I wanted a good support that did the basics, and the site recommended one that ticked all the boxes. Speaking with the service team helped me get exactly what I was looking for.

The only reason not to give 5 stars is the fact that I had to separately claim for the offered cash back deal, rather than it being automatic, and this info wasn't stated anywhere

I completed a Survey of Decision Analysts/ American Consumer Opinion on 8/7/26 and was promised in writing that I would receive $60.00 on 1-2 weeks. The survey number was 20260584. My ID number was 149478072. l made dozens of phone calls and sent dozens of emails and I still have not been paid the $60.00. I was told by Decision Analyst that I did complete the survey and "the check was in the mail". Later I was told that they are "having a cash flow problem and I will be paid soon". Bottom line is that I have NEVER be paid the $60.00. Avoid Decision Analyst Inc. Zero Star rating
