Review: Not sure I have this categorized properly...

Somehow this company has added my email address to their marketing lists... MULTIPLE lists... and will not remove me. I have used the appropriate channels of auto-remove links, opt-out links, and called their office three different times. Each call was handled politely and I was assured I'd be removed. However I continue to receive at least two email a day.

I have nothing to do with the medical field. I had not visited their site prior to asking to be removed. I know of no other recourse but to file this official complaint and hope it is effective.Desired Settlement: Stop sending me emails!!

This complaint has been resolved. After contacting the customer today when we were not able to find her current email address in our system that she was giving us when she called she gave us a few old emails that were being forwarded to her current email address, which she had not given us prior to this complaint. We found one of them, which was the email address we were sending emails too. The email address is [redacted] We have opted it out and she should no longer receive any emails from us in the future.Thank you.Debbie D[redacted]

Debbie did an excellent job in contacting me by phone and following up with emails. She asked the right questions to get this matter resolved. I am very grateful and happy with how she handled it. I have not received an advertising email from Decision Health or it's affiliates since. Many thanks!
