*** *** I disagree!! They never came back after I called on warping!! Paul ONLY mentioned other decking material AFTER my call about black and warping!Also the price that was giving to me included black material right from the beginning,so they consumed NO extra cost,and with that said, any change or add I asked for I paid for which I have in emails.Very unfortunate to be called a difficult customer.I decided that I do not even want them back to repair the problem.I will have someone that has a much better business ethic take care of it.Interesting how Paul did not mention the separating corners on the regular decking that's not black.I will not be referring Deck Specialist anytime soon to people
we worked hard to appease a difficult customer, we cautioned against using a black caprail but he was insistent upon something black, I purchased very expensive solid black HDPE outdoor lumber for this customer at no extra costI have gone above and beyond over and over on this particular job
we are specialists and we have experience with what works best, unfortunately this customer wanted other than what we knew would work bestwe worked hard to make him happy and used materials and colors he insisted onwe have gone back more than once to fix or adjust or change things for this customer, we have done our best again and again!

I took the car to this repair company weeks ago, Waited several days for a used transmission which, as I was told, was purchased in OklahomaOne day after taking the car home, The seal in the transmission leak fluidThe mechanic claimed they don't make that particular sale anymore, but he would find one that was an improvementOver two weeks later, he is claiming that he cannot find one blaming the dealer for the delayThe car is still in this place, up on a rack, with parts removedHe puts me off by stating the party will be in usually to days later, but it never is I paid over $for this repairIt is obvious that this used transmission was a lemon and they are trying to use band-Aid fixI called the manager who was rude and curtly told me he would order and another transmissionWith the questionable quality of their work, I doubt this one will be much better
When I called to get a quote, every employee that I talked to was polite and competent. They helped me find out exactly what I needed to know. The total I paid was almost half of what the [redacted] dealership was going to charge me. [redacted] stuck a piece of chewed gum on the passenger seat of my car, after fixing some recalls, the owner of Express Auto offered to clean it out and give me a complementary car wash. Even though it wasn't his fault! Now that's customer service! I was treated with respect and fairness, which is far more than I've come to expect from mechanics.
