had corroded naturally over years. The work performed listed on Invoice #*** was as follows:*Replaced the cast iron pipes in the basement*Installed a clean out outside*Reset the master toiletThs work was warrantied for days. Deckard Plumbing Service was called back out to seal an opening that was failed to be done originally. From that point forward Deckard Plumbing Service has not heard from ***, the homeowner, or any of the basement occupants, although, Deckard Plumbing Service has an ongoing excellect working relationship with *** the complaintant's sister.In the Plumbing Industry, there is a high turnover rate of employment and the employee that was on this particular job with **Deckard is not longer with the company. **Deckard was unaware of any possible issues with work performed by this former employee or himself being no further correspondence from the homeowner or basement occupants was made to him from the final time he was there to seal the opening.Deckard Plumbing Service would have been more than happy to come back and take a look at any issues that were taking place at this location or any job location.
