On 11/21/I received a bouquet of flowers from Colorado Springs Florist My daughter-in-law and granddaughter who live in California sent them I don't know the specifics of how they were ordered, though I know they didn't specifically contact Colorado Springs Florist I sent my granddaughter a photograph of the flowers and both my daughter-in-law and granddaughter said they were quite surprised by the size of the bouquet and asked about the chocolates They spent $for a large bouquet of flowers with chocolates I received a rather small bouquet of flowers and no chocolates My daughter-in-law filed a complaint in California The flowers were suppose to be delivered on 11/20/ I received them on 11/21/and on 11/22/they were already wilting Having lived in Colorado Springs since I have received flowers from many florists; this is the first occasion I have received such a disappointing arrangement that cost so much and lasted such a short period of time I feel so sorry for my granddaughter and daughter-in-law I do believe she will receive 40% of her money back, but I believe others should be warned about the type of service Colorado Springs Florists present and perhaps chose another florist for their needs I know I won't recommend them
