See attachment.As to not drag this situation out any more than needs to be done, the facts, as they happened, willbe presented to you here: 1) The clinic was closed with sign up and lights were off, however, the front door was still open.2) Fees were explained, treatment agreed upon, probable outcome explained3) Level of after hour emergency care was explained and referral to emergency center offered and declined by owners4) Explained that veterinarians do not call owners after hoursExplained that A.Mexams finish at 9:and to call for update at that time5) Cat expired shortly after owners had leftOwners not charged for any treatment of animalOwners only charged examination fee6) Cummings Veterinary Clinic was their original veterinarian until they wrote a non-sufficient fund check in that has since never been paid and their account has subsequently been written off7) This group of people have numerous arrest records through the county for theft by deception, welfare fraud, and LIBEL/SLANDERAs these are the facts of the case at hand, we hope as a business that this matter is quickly and effectively cleared up as soon as possible.Sincerely, [redacted] ***
