WHEN WE MOVED THE [redacted] HOME IT WAS WlTH THE UNDERSTANDING THEUTILITIES IN THE GROUND WERE BELIEVED BY HER TO BE OK SINCE THE REALITORTOLD HER IT WAS OK EXCEPT FOR THE SEWER TAP WHICH WE INSTALLEDMRS [redacted] WAS TO PAY 1/DEPOSIT BEFORE HOME WAS MOVED WHICH SHE DIDAND THE BALANCE WHEN HOME WAS MOVED WHlCH SHE FAILED TO DO AND SAID SHEWOULD HAVE TO MAKE PAYMENTS WHICH WAS NOT DONE AS SHE SAID.THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH HER WATER IN THE GROUND AT WHICH WAS NOT OURRESPONSIBLITY TO CORRECT, ONE BECAUSE SHE WAS NOT PAYING HER BILL ANDSECOND " IF ANY REPAIRS NEEDED DONE TO WATER OR WELL IT WOULD BE EXTRA,FOR SOME REASON SHE HAD PROBLEMS KEEPING HEAT IN THE HOME AND DIDNT PAYANY BILLS AT THIS LOT AND ALLOWED THE HOME TO FREEZE, WHICH WE HAD NOCONTROL OVER, SHE DIDNT PAY SEWER BILL SO THEY TURNED OFF HER SEWERVALVE, WHlCH WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER,AFTER WE GOT PAYMENT WE RETURNED AND INSTALLED A PRESSURE SWITCH ANDWATER WAS TURNED ON AND THAT WAS WHEN WE FOUND OUT SHE HAD SEVERALLEAKS IN HER HOUSE WHICH WOULD NOT OF HAPPENED IF SHE HAD HEAT IN THEHOME, WE DID CHECK THE LINE FOR PRESSURE AND FOUND A FITTING LEAKING ANDREPAIRED THAT AND THERE WAS NO OTHER INDICATION OF ANY LEAKAGE OUTSIDETHE HOME, NO VISIBLE WATER OR LOSS OF PRESSURETHE PRESSURE SWITCH WAS WRAPPED WlTH HEAT TAPE AND WRAP AT THAT TlMEANDAFTER INSPECTING HER BILL, I DO OWE HER FOR THE VAPOR BARRIER THAT WASGOING TO BE INSTALLED UNDER HER HOME, AFTER SHE DECIDE TO HAVE HER LOTDONE A DIFFERENT WAY IT WAS NOT REQUIRED AND I WlLL MAKE THE ADJUSTMENTAS FOR INSTALLING HER SKIRTING WE WERE TO INSTALL WHAT WILL FIT AND SHEWAS TO PURCHASE ANY ADDITIONAL MATERIAL NEEDED AND SHE WAS TO LET USKNOW WHEN SHE WAS READYWE STOPPED BY HER HOME TIMES AND MY BROTHER HAS LEFT HER MESSAGESFINALLY WE GOT IN CONTACT WITH HER ON WED 10/AND HAD MADE AN APPT TO GOOVER THURS 10/BUT COULDNT GO AND LEFT HE A MESSAGE SHE SAID SHE DIDNTGET AND WE MADE AN APPT FOR FRIDAY 10/9, MY BROTHER MEET HET AT HERHOUSE AND CHECKED THE PUMP AND FOUND THE PUMP TO BE OPPERATING BUT NOTPUMPING WATER AND ADVISED HER SHE WOULD HAVE TO CONTACT A PUMPWELLCOMPANY SINCE IT HAD NOTHING TO DO WlTH HER HOME, HE ALSO ADDED THICKERINSULATION TO SWITCH PER HER REQUEST AND MADE ARRANGEMENT FOR A TIME TOGET HER SKIRTING INSTALLEDI HAD ALSO ADVISED HER THAT I FOUND A POSSIBLE PAYMENT OR THAT I MAYHAVE MISSED THAT IM NOT SURE I GOT PAID FORI LEFT HER THE CHECK # SO SHECOULD CHECK ITI HAVE ALSO TOLD HER THAT IF SHE CAN NOT GET ME ON MY CELL PHONE TO CALL MYOFFICE ( WHICH I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A CALL FROM HER ) AND IF I DONT ANSWERLEAVE A MESSAGE ON THE RECORDER AND I WOULD CALL HER BACKI DONT CARRY MY CELL PHONE WITH ME 24/AND DO NOT ANSWER MESSAGES LIKE ISHOULD BUT I DO CHECK THE OFFICE PHONE EVERYDAY WHEN I AM HOME AND I AMGETTING OLDER AND AM GONE ALOT MORE NOW A DAYSI JUST NOW TRIED CALLING HER TO CHECK ON HER PROGRESS AND HAD TO LEAVE AMESSAGETHANK YOU FOR THE MESSAGE AND IM SURE WE CAN GET THROUGH THIS BUT HERBROKEN WATER LINES WERE HER OWN DOINGS, THE LINES WERE FINE BEFORE SHELEFT HOME UNHEATED AND DIDNT SAY ANYTHING TO ANYONE ABOUT IT

Mr*** called Revdex.com to respond to this complaint verballyHe said they moved this consumer last fall but she had not paid the balance owed them so they could do no more work until paid in fullShe was paid up last week but she had to be put on the schedule because they had other jobs ahead of
herThey tried to go out earlier this week but she was not homeThey are at her home now, but if anything needs to be done underground, she will need to call a plumber because they only work above-groundMr*** said they have gone above and beyond to make this consumer happy and to get her into her home
