Review: 1. Deckmaster estimator [redacted] has habbit to inflate the bill. Although I specified that I want to do just deck's floor cleaning & sealing, he billed me for the whole deck (including railings). I called him after I checked his calculations on the invoice and he decreased the amount on the invoice from $550 to $395.46. I should mention that he applied 10% online discount to recalculated invoice only after my request. On 10/4/13 company emploees performed deck cleaning and I was charged 50% of $395.46 - $197.73. On their second visit I supposed to be charged $197.73 but the invoice was in the amount $275, which I unfortunately signed with without checking the total amount on the invoice. After that I talked 3 times with [redacted] about correcting their billing mistake but so far he is giving just promisses to do it and he is not calling me back as he promissed.
2. Deckmaster performed subpar job on repair of my railings. I was charged $25 for this repair. My railing per my discussion with [redacted] should be tighten with screws but it was done with nails instead.Desired Settlement: Refund check in the amount $77.27. And tightening deck railings with screws or $25 refund for job incorrectly performed.

Thank you for sending me this e-mail again. This is the first time I hear about this customer's complaint and ignore what all this is about. Probably the reason why I didn't know about it was because [redacted] was the project manager of this job and he no longer works for me. He obviously never followed up on it and never told the office either which doesn't make me very happy since I take complaints very seriously. That's the reason why we have such a good reputation in the area and a clean record with Revdex.com. If the customer would have called the office to ask for me I would have taken care of it right away.
To wrap this up I'm willing to comply with customer demands immediately and refund the $77.27 that he is requesting. Just let me know how to proceed so that we can close this case. I don't know if you want me to call customer directly or do it through the Revdex.com. Please apologize to the customer on my behalf and tell him that I was not aware of the situation and I apologize for any inconvenience.
