I have attempted several times to contact Dale, Owner Mirage Putting Greens. After only a few short years, my $5,901 putting green began disintegrating and pulling away from the edges - looking like bad carpet with huge black turf spots all over it. Despite a defective product, I was told it was my responsibility to pay for labor. Unemployed at the time, $700 for labor (a discounted fee) was too financially burdensome. The agreement it would be done at a time I could afford it. The time is now. His "certified dealer" is out of business with a "suspended, non-renewable" AZ License #XXXXXX / Jay [redacted] Despite efforts over the past 3 months, I am unable to get any further response from Dale Mirage Putting Greens of Mirage Putting Greens International, Inc. Not only is the contract for warranty still valid, but more so he gave his word. A man should stand behind his word and live up to it. I am hopeful that Dale will fulfill that obligation.
