Deckmasters

There was a proposal signed between Deckmaster's owner, ***, and myself on 04/28, giving him a down payment of $12,500.00. On 04/30 I told him we no longer wanted a deck built and I wanted a refund. He said no, he we signed a proposal. I contacted an attorney, and he told me to file a complaint with the Revdex.com to get my money back. The attorney told me it was a home improvement proposal and we had 3 days to withdraw from it. I message Deckmasters requesting my money back and he refuses to give me his money.
