[redacted] response was not correct. First , I have called many times and the person that answered the phone has NEVER told me when and IF they would come out. She always says they will call me back but never have. Second, It has been over a MONTH that I have tried to get this resolved and I have NEVER received a call back. I will need a date and Morning or Afternoon time so I can have someone here to let them in my gate.
