Decks Renewed of OHIO had this on schedule to stop out and touchup We had some wet weather and storms over the last week since 6/this was the day of the touchup but the weather has not allowed Decks Renewed of OHIO to seal any projects This is still on schedule to be touched up ASAP once weather allows Weather looks good Sunday through all next week We need dry weather with the rain to sand and seal

We spoke with mrs [redacted] We will be over there on Thursday sept 8am

Consumer sent the following update:We had a meeting with Nick on 6/the new owners of the house at [redacted] and us Nick went over that he would comeback and redo the garage, whichhe has done Correct the runs on the back side of the house and the side.He said he would sand the lake side of the house and then restain where the old sap runs were We discussed how this should have been removed Also, he got stain on the spot lights and he said that he would remove the stain And there was chemical residue over the majority of the windows He said he would clean that in the meeting and once when I had a window washer walk off the job, due to how hard they were to get clean They spilt a gallon or soof stain in the yard and they said they would come back to reseed the grass.The only thing he has done was come back and restain the garage and correct some of the runs on the house And the way he corrected the front of the house you can send on the 2nd and third attachments I sold the house and agreed to escrow $3,to the new owner until this got corrected, perthe guarantees of Nick T*** The new owner isn't satisfied with the front ofthe house and has left Nick several messages and I also called last Thursday and left him a message regarding thisNick has not returned either messages.He needs to contact the [redacted] immediately, because they are pursuing how to get this correct, which will then cost me my escrow monies Paying $9,000.00was pretty hefty to set such a bad job We are also looking at contactingCall for Action and checking to see if he is on [redacted] to file a complaint there He has been given ample time to comply with his promises

The job done was not done properly This is not harassment or slander but factual We were told at time of payment that all the wet runs would blend in when dried I had complained about runs from day one and kept being told once it was completely dried they would all blend He was the professional so we listened and paid himAfter that we had the buyer give his concerns also about the runs We set a meeting with Nick and he agreed the job was sloppy and agreed to come back no matter where we were in the sale of the house and complete the job Nick came back and redid the whole gargage, not touch ups like he saidHe also redid the bottom side of the house and correct runs on the road side The lakeside was not sanded and refinished per the meeting we had when we went over all the other items Like the stain in the ceiling lights that was notice after payment and discussed at the meetingWe paid $9,for this shabby job and now have to pay to have it corrected since Nick won t stand behind his word We dealt on good faith We are not harassing him We just want to let others know that he doesn't t stand behind his word Or he would come back to correct this

I have 2 voicemails and text messages stating they would be out to fix it, and both times has reasons not to show up. The last time they said they would show up the owner sent me a copy of their warranty claim and on 9/13/16, after they were supposed to be here on 9/8/16. The next time they were supposed to come on 9/20/16, never showed but left a voicemail at 3:30 pm saying  they had truck problems and would "get us on the "schedule. I'm tired of excuses and would like to reopen the claim and ask for a full refund. I also want to pursue filing with the [redacted]. My husband is a disabled vet, and senior citizen that feels totally taken advantage of. Please help us to move forward with our complaint.

Business responded:This lady is committing Slander as we cleaned and sealed the Grajcar log cabin. They were in the middle of selling the property and because the new buyer did not like for some reason which was after the walk through and final payment between me and the homeowner at time of signed contract Grajcar. Then as they closed the deal I sat with the new homeowner before final signing of purchase to home to extend the warranty to him. This covers fading and excessive mold only. I talked with the grajcars and new homeowner and went out of my way to touch up a few areas that were perfectly fine and after we touched looked the exact same. I will not do pointless work to make someone happy when everything was done correctly the first time. These people and the new homeowner have been harassing me still to this date. I have no contract with the new homeowner only a warranty I extended to him for mold and fading. These people were selling their home and took all the stress of home selling and buying out on the contractor. This is not how I conduct business. I will not be harassed and railroaded by a customer or forced to do unnecessary work. These is an issue I will forward to my attorney for harassment. I walked this job with Mr and Mrs Grajcar cleaned a few areas of concern and they paid final amount due because they were satisfied with the job. If there were any issues with the windows they had to be prior to us doing the job. The homeowner probably used the wrong cleaner to clean the windows over the years. This had nothing to do with my stripper. There was a small are of grass 1ft*1ft that may have wilted but was growing back or a handful of seed which the new home said to me he would throw down. The Grajcars no long even own the home and still continue to harass me. This is beyond the point of harassment and slander.
