Beware!! After spending over 2K, their idea of free shipping is pulling up to the curb, open the door of the truck and 'letting' you unload your own items! And no one bothers to explain this up front. Below is the exact wording in the email I received after I placed my order. This is not acceptable customer service!

What to Expect
• - We'll let you know when your order is all packed up and has left our warehouse.
• - When the shipment is en route, the shipping company will contact you to arrange a time to meet you for delivery at your home or job site.
• - When scheduling your delivery, be aware that you must be available to meet the delivery when it arrives. Also, delivery to a residence is curbside only. - If special services (such as a lift gate) are requested, the $100 additional fee is your responsibility.
• - When the delivery truck arrives, the driver will open the back of the truck, at which point you will be able to remove the product from the pallet on the truck.
• - Unloading your items from the truck gives you the opportunity to inspect your items to be sure you received everything you were supposed to and to verify that the items arrived without damage.
• - Once you've unloaded everything, sign for your order with the delivery driver making sure to note any missing items or damage.
• - Finally, and most importantly, enjoy! You’re one step closer to relaxing afternoons, backyard barbecues, and a better deck!
