I had mold in my laundry room, hallway & in my dining area from an Air Conditioning leakMy home Insurance referred me to Decon EnvironmentalI checked their website and I was impressedCalled their representative, Sign and they had me hookedThen, everything went downhillHe wouldn't give me a written estimate, until after I contacted my insurance coThen he threaten to pull his guys out twice for no apparent reason ( I regret not taking his offer ! )I can only guess it was because I didn't agree with him maxing out my policyHe has threaten and yelled over the phone on several occasions, no one came to supervise the job for more than minutes and the guys he sent to do the repair part, didn't know what they were doingMy dining room wall now has inch long visible strip of tape or mesh and a bump(They said my wall was like that prior to starting the repair !)In Attempting to remove the fiber glass insulation box from my AC unit vent they bended the wall metal frame so badly that the dry wall sheet couldn't be placed flat so now I have a 'concave " wall with a huge 3/4" th gap between tile and baseboard that needed to be filled with groutThey never asked if I wanted the box removedThey attempted to install the PVC plumbing in the laundry room back and guess what? they did it wrong and my sink didn't fit, sooo, they decided to cut my good old PVC tube and replace it with a little corrugated one that's not even code!!Also, after several cleanings, I realized the dining room, laundry and hallway floors were ruined and stained with the chemicals combined with sheet rock pasteGuess what this guy said "go buy a Tile Cleaner at Home Depot"I went away for days while awaiting the check from Insurance CoThey started a Lien Process on my house ! & while waiting check endorsement, MORE phone threats ! Attitude, Disrespect, IrresponsabilityThat's Decon Environmental !
