such a terrible and frustrating experience: after months trying to sell my son's property with deconova , the realtor designed to represent me , was not able to finish an complete a sarisfactory closing , we had several offers but the comunication with the realtor was terrible, was poor and frustrating, all these matters created so much stress in our family because we whantee to sell , property was in excellent shape And there was alot of sold properties in our complex I tried to request for a new realtor , or to end the contract , but it was impossible, we had our porperty unsold and with a year contract , the realtor was very amateur on what she was doing , and did not whant a voluntary contract cacellation we tried to contact [redacted] , we believe he is the president of deconova , but after several attemps , he did never answer regarding this situation, finally after fighting for almos months with an unprofesional realtor that was asigned to sell our property, and with still months remaining in the contract, we decided to stop fighting with resignation and decided to remove property from market because the realtor did not whant to help to sell, or cooperate , she start lying and arguing with usand comunication was broken after all this , because realtor coudn't finish any of the offers we had because she was so mad with us, she start liyingthere was no help from any of the pesidents and managers from deconovafinally we lost our sale , so just becarefull, amd get another real state agencysuch a horrible and frustrating experience
