ceiling and paint the wall and ceiling without her having to pay her deductible. She has been a good customer in the past and we would like to keep her happy.

Basically I do accept most of their response. However, they do not mention refinishing the floor as noted in my insurance company's proposal, and they do have a copy of that. I also do not understand their phrase: "Even so, we have offered....." If the roof had been repaired after my initial call, most of the expenses incurred would not have happened.
The only reason I did not accept their response is they they did not mention refinishing the floor. If they agree to do that, I will definitely accept their response.

Sorry for her misunderstanding on the full scope of repairs. We are going to do all the items on the adjusters report, including the floor walls ceiling insulation roof .
Hope this clears it up. We are scheduling technicians for next week to complete the work for the money that the insurance company paid her. and we will cover the difference of her deductible.
