This is Elmir D*** owner of Decor Furniture and Accessories,I did personally contacted and spoke with *** ***.I informed MRS *** that her order was delayed and that is scheduled to arrive at our location on 04/14/2016.I did spoke to *** *** on 04/08/and
we told him arrival date of the furniture,he did ask me if it could be delivered the same day and we told him it will depend on what time the shipment will arrive at our store.We did offer Mrs *** a new set of higher quality at no additional cost to them.This offer was made first to Mrs ***.She was not sure and ask if I would speak to Mr *** about the deal.Same offer was made to Mr *** and at that point he was comfortable waiting for the set that he originally purchased
Decor Furniture store policy and invoices state:ALL SALES ARE FINAL,NO CANCELLATION,NO REFUND
Our customer service is top priority.Maintaining Decor Furniture reputation not only with customers but the Revdex.com is very important,Decor furniture has been honored with a A+ rating for the last years and no complaints. As owner of Decor furniture I was confused when I received this email notifying me about this transaction since I believed that this issue was resolved with MR and MRS *** and that customer satisfaction was met
