Review: I put a down payment (as required) for my order of couches and they are 3 weeks late. I have been told for the last 3 weeks that they will be here next week. The wherehouse that I get referred to every time says that they are unavailable and will not be available for an undetermined amount of time, if ever. I asked for a refund the last 3 weeks but keep getting the run around. I just want my order cancelled and my deposit refunded. The owner/manager is unavailable and will not take my calls. I'm just not sure what to do next.Desired Settlement: Give me my $800.00 deposit that I have nothing to show for in the past month. Thank you

Review: Upon the opening of the furniture packages delivered by Decor Furniture and purchased from location, we noticed that all items delivered were defective. We called the store and they stated they could not replace these defective items as they did not have any warranties. I believe store owner is promoting false advertisement as to the products he sells in store and in reality sells defective furniture to his customers. The furniture we bought from this store was not cheap and was paid by our hard earned money therefore we either request an exchange for all defective items or demand a full refund. We would also suggest the Revdex.com to investigate this business for consumer fraud.
