Review: On 6/18/2014 this company installed window tint on my new 2014 [redacted]. After picking up my car the tint tech told me not to roll down or wipe down the windows for 2 day this includes washing the car. I got in the car and noticed a lot of swirl marks all over the windows but I figured it was from the installation. The guy that installed the tint cracked the passenger side glass window. Also the tint was not installed correctly and has several bubbles, improper cuting and scratches within the tint. On 6/19/2014 I went back to the business to to show the guy what he did to my car and that there were bubbles and scratches within the tint. He immediatly apologized and said he would pay for the damage just bring back an estimate. He also stated that he will fix the issues that I had with the tint installation. I left the business and proceeded to the Lindsey Chevorlet dealership to get an estimate and the store manager refused to accept the estimate. She stated that she will not pay the price on the invoice. She then said she have her own glass repair person. I stated to her that my car is brand new and I have only had it for 11 days and that I want [redacted] dealership parts on my car. She then stated again that she will not pay what's on the invoice. I returned to my vehicle and called the non-emergency police department number and asked that an officer be dispatched to the business so that I can make a report. I explained to her what was going on and she said that it was a civil matter but she will send an officer to the scene. When the officer arrived I told her what had happened and she relayed the same message that the operator said about it being a civil matter. I asked the officer to walk in the inside of the business so I can get the manager information. She escorted me inside the business where I received a business card from the manager. I then left the business. While driving down the road I received a phone call from a guy named Carlos. He stated to me that the tint shop gave him my number. He stated that he repair glass windows and that the shop called him because they wanted to save money on the repair to my window. I explained to him that I wanted [redacted] parts on my car and thats why I got an estimate from the dealer so it would not void my warranty. He then stated that the window will be an original [redacted] part because my car is a 2014. I told him thank you for the information and then terminated the call. I called the dealership on 6/20/14 and asked them if a non [redacted] dealer install a window in my car would that void my car warranty. The rep. stated to me no. Next I called the tint shop and what sounded like a child answered the phone speaking in spanish. I figured I dialed the wrong number so I hung up the phone. I called the tint shop again and the same person answered the phone and I stated to them that I wanted to speak to the manager. The person on the other end told me to call back at 9:30am it was already after 9;30am so I said OK and hung up the phone. I then called Carlos back to set up an appointment to get the window replaced he said that he can have the window installed on 6/21/14 between 3-5pm.. I stated to him that was fine and then asked him was he gonna call the tint shop and let them know. I asked him to call me back to confirm the window installation. He said yes but he had already spoken with them yesterday because they called him about the repair and thats why he called me. I said that was fine and then hung up the phone. Carlos did not call me back, not even on the day of the appointment. I decided to go back to the tint shop to make sure that the guy was coming to repair my window. The manager saw me walk in the store and she stayed seated behind a desk talking to another lady that worked there in spanish for about 15 minutes. She decided to get up from her seat and stated what can I do for you in a nasty tone. I asked her was the guy still coming to install my window today? The manager stated to me that Carlos was not coming to install the window. I asked her why not and she stated that Carlos works for her and that I need to call her for the window. She begin to get loud and try and talk over me when I was trying to explain to her the conversation that myself and Carlos had the day before. She stated again that Carlos works for her and that he dont have any glass he just install it when she call him. She said she has the glass from the dealership. I asked her when is it going to be put in. Then she stated she has to order it from the dealership and she do not know how long it would take to come in. I told her that the dealship said it would be there in 1 day. She shrugged her shoulders and said Ohh.. Next she stated that she would call me on Monday so I can talk to the english speaking person. She had been talking to me the whole time in English but now she didnt want to anymore I guess. I told her that I wanted a refund for the tint job that was performed on my car because it was not done correctly. I stated to her that it had bubbles and cuts in the tint. She stated that she do not give refunds and she does not have the money. I asked her where in the store does it say that. I told her that it was not on my receipt. I then asked her so you are not going to give me my money back and she stated No.. I asked her for the guy name that installed my tint and she refused to tell me his name. She stated that I only needed to deal with her. I stated to her that she did not install the tint. Next she stated that this is her shop and I should deal with her. I decided to leave the store because I felt I was not getting anywhere while trying to talk to her.Desired Settlement: I want the business to pay for my damaged window to get fixed through the dealership seeing that I have a new car $400

I also want my money refunded for the poor window tinting job that they did on my car $175

I want them to compensate me for having to remove the incorrectly installed tint $100
