At this time, I have been contacted directly by Decor My Eyes regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

They DID NOT contact me I had to contact them for everything
I have emails stating that they were going to refund me my money and open an investigation with the USPS to find out where the sunglasses
were. They have not done that and told me that I was not getting any money back and that" I was the one trying to make them be the bad
guy and guess what it didn't work" They have blocked my phone number from calling and my emails are rejectedI am going to go over to the
post office to see if I can get some help with a claim to get my money back. As of right now they have stolen $from meI want ALL of
my money back not just an adjusted amount to be fair with themShe speaks to me as I am trash and hangs up on me and returns my emails
I have been put threw so much with this company that I am going to do as much as I can to reach themAny suggestions I would love to
hear and if there is anything you can help with on your part please doI have copies of the emails that she said she was going to send a
refund and never did

Review: I made an order and my payment was received August [redacted] 2013. I called the 800 number and spoke with the rude [redacted] customer service and was told the frames were still in route from a third party and were en route. I sent an email on the 22nd stating I want a tracking number or a refund. The tracking number for usps was sent to my email the [redacted]. I tracked the package today and I am told that USPS has not received my order from this company. I want a refund this is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any company shopping online. The bottom line is that this company advertises that they will get the consumer the order in a certain timeframe and have FAILED miserably in that regard. I call and speak with customer service and the individual has the gall to have an attitude when I ask for a refund. I was told today while speaking with this woman that I could not receive a refund because I got a tracking number even though USPS is saying that they have not received the frames.Desired Settlement: If they are going to take a month to get the customer an order they need to advertise that. If they cannot provide the service they advertise they should provide a refund at the very least. I wasn't even offered a discounted price. They need to change their website to reflect their practices.

Review: I have contacted your office 10/**/14 with questions on a pair of frames, contact comparison as the brand currently used is not listed I wanted to know if there was a similiar company withthe same benefits and on the membership. I wanted to know can I purchase them at the same time would immediate discounts, were there any exclusions from the discounts sale or clearence items etc. I requested info via web as there were no response . the first time no answer and the second time was told the system needed to be reboot and for to call back. I didnot make another call on 10/**/2014.

10/**/2014 1:25pm I phoned and a rude person who lack of customer service did not disclose her name. Stated I have been calling every day for 5 times (obviously embelished and over exaggerarated) which I have not however we can pull the phone reports from [redacted] if you would like to take this further. I stated I had a question she said everything is on the web site however yesterday 10/** when I requested some info I was told the systems have to be rebooted so by web requests were not responded to at all. She asked what was my questions I said thank you and proceeded to state my questions and she hung up I phoned back 1:27pm and the same women answered I asked for a supervisor and she said she was the supervisor and hung up after threatening to file harrasment. She was rude and very nastyDesired Settlement: I want my questions answered as I have posed them and I want to excellent customer service so I can transact my purchase with out any problems with my order, tampering etc

Review: I purchased a pair of sunglasses from the company a second time because I didnt have any reason to question them. I recieved the wrong pair so I called and I was yelled at by the lady in customer service. She said they were closed on a Saturday and hung up. I called back on Monday and she yelled at me again and answered the phone "what do you want? you have called 3 times already" I told her I needed a RMA# because the glasses I got were the wrong ones. She said I didn't need one and hung up. I sent the package tracking with signature delivery. I send all of my info in the package with the glasses and I re use the same box they sent them in. I hear nothing from them. I call. What's your RMA#? I don't have one she says then I can't help you and hangs up. I email the customer service with all documents attached after calling the company another 2 times during the week. The lady from customer service answers the phone on the 3rd day. She lets me get in a few words after raising her voice to me again. I told her who signed for the package,date and time. She said that no one works here by that name and there nis nothing I can do for you. Another hang up. I want my money back and this all seems like fraud.Desired Settlement: I would like for the company to return my money even if it has to be with the 20% restocking fee at this point.
