Review: In August 2014, Decor my palace was contracted to do my kitchen; [redacted] was the assign desiger who came to my home and pin point cabinets which were ordered. [redacted] who is the person who give me his word on discounts and quality. We proceed. The issue I am experiencing is the company designer [redacted] failed to order the correct cabinets. I contact the store as well emailed and spoke to [redacted] who still has not order the merchandise. I called Forever Cabinetry located in New Jersey they informed me to contact them and they can get panels and cabinets. The cabinet that goes over the micro wave is 15'inch cabinet; according to guideline is 12'inch cabinet; taken by a second opinion by an electrician. I emailed them they ordered. The panel for the Island need to be order since [redacted] ordered two wall cabinets in which my contractor put them together the problem with that is the seams on both side of the island are so noticeable and visible that it look as if someone took a sharp item and scratched. I emailed pictures. I went to the store come to my surprise a bill for $600 I was not aware of this. They never mention about I would be responsible. In addition Mr.Boris mention that [redacted] does not work for the company any more if that helps. Are you serious I told him. Honestly that is not the answer I wanted to hear.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the panels since from the beginning it was the wrong cabinets ordered I look forward this matter be resolve in a amicable manner.
