July 7, 2015To whom it may concern,This response is in reference to complaint # [redacted] Decor has not lied about the product sold to the customerI have enclosed a copy of the ticket so that everyone involved can see that our receipts clearly state all information on the ticketThis information includes manufacturers name as well as the name of the mattress that was purchasedI have also included a copy of the delivery receipt that shows the signature of the customer confirming she received what she had purchased and paid forIf there was confusion about what she thought she was purchasing she could have called us following delivery andd we would have refunded her money so she could have gone to Hobbs and purchased the mattress she states she wantedThe mattress was purchases for $not $1300.00, and was special ordered for the customer1/years after the purchase we are not able to take the mattress back nor are we able to get warranty on it for herShe should call the manufacturing company and follow their suggestions on how to proceed[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: why would I be looking to buy an iCloud mattress and change my mind after laying down on a mattress that I was told was an iCloud I was told that it was an iCloud and the price they had there was higherBut they would bring the price down to $1,from $1,This whole time, all my friends and family thought I got an iCloud I would I be lying about this matterI went thinking I bought an iCloud and was lied to by Decor's sales representative I went there thinking I bought an iCloudIf I would have know the mattress wasn't an iCloud I would have gone back to HobbsI wouldn't have give Decor my business That day I spent a large amount of money on a couch and an 'iCloud' mattress I feel at the least people should be aware that there is a good chance they will be lied to when going to this businessThey claim they don't lieBut why not when they are getting quiet a bit of money I would really like this matter resolved and something done about this business

June 25, To whom it may concern, This letter is in reference to a complaint filed by *** ***Her letter states that she purchased an ICloud mattress in 2012; however Decor Furniture has never carried that line, and to our knowledge there isn't a company that even makes an ICloud
Tempurpedic makes a Cloud Supreme and Sena makes an IComfort but neither of them makes an ICloudMs*** came into our store on 9-28-looking to purchase a mattressShe was shown the mattress lines that we carried at the time, which were *** and ***Ms*** tried several mattresses before choosing the *** Destiny Opticool Gel Memory FoamAs with every purchase made from Decor she was given a copy of her receipt that clearly states what she purchasedWhen she called 1/ years later to complain about her mattress we send out our delivery man who explained to her that her frame was bad and was causing her mattress to sagAfter being told what the problem was Ms*** proceeded to call the store and get very ugly on the phone with the store's ownerIt has never been Decors policy to lie to our customers nor will it ever beOur customers are like family to us and we do everything in our power to make sure that they are happy with their purchasesIf Ms*** had called after a few days stating that she wasn't happy with her mattress we would have help her pick another one and exchanged it for her, however 1/years after a purchase is made we cannot take back the mattress and replace itThe proper procedure for Ms*** at this point is to contact *** and start a warranty claim with themWe sincerely regret any misunderstanding about what Ms*** thought she was purchasing but our staff never indicated that we were selling her an ICIoudI hope this has answered the questions included in the letter from Ms***If there is anything else we can do to help please feel free to call us at 575-885-

The mattress was purchases for $1199.99 not $1300.00, and was special ordered for the customer. 2 1/2 years after the purchase we are not able to take the mattress back nor are we able to get warranty on it for her. I am rejecting this response because: I went to this business thinking they were trustworthy and they wouldn't miss lead their customers. When you go into a business stating you want an iCloud mattress and they state they just were getting them in stock. You believe them.  I tried the mattress and it looked just like the one I tried in Hobbs.  I remember stating to the sales person I was looking forward to sleeping cooler. I remember he agreed.  Again this store states they don't lie to thier customers.  Why did this sales person not stTe this was NOT an iCloud mattress.  Than in fact it was a destiny.  I went in there trusting this 'trustworthy store'.  Again some who doesn't lie to thier customers?  What was do was very dishonest.  I went there trusting this store to do the right thing.  Why should I look at the receipt? If I went to a trustworthy store I shouldn't have to look at the receipt.  In all the honest stores I've been too I have never had to look at my receipts to make sure I got the right thing.  Only dishonest stores wil lie to thier customers.  I'm sure if I went to any other store and asked them if they had an iCloud mattress they would be truthful.  If they don't have it, they don't have it! I would never trust this so called honest and trustworthy store. Because they do the opposite.  If you call yourself an honest store then you wouldn't lie to your customers. I know now not to use a small business with large purchases because they are dishonest.  The sales person at this should be held accountable for his wrong doing.  Which neither him or the store will do. Regards,
