Dear Revdex.com,
We take pride in providing customers with quality products ,
professional certified experienced servicesWe so very strongly believe there is no merits to customers complaint Please note the following events;
There was NOT Three attempt to address any issues:
( first Visit) Dec 16th, Installation; I personally installed the job ( years of industry experience)
customer was asked to review the job, she was very particular,
I found customer requirements as unreasonable and excessive yet took additional
hours and met her requirements finally she was well satisfied and issued final payment( second visit) She called and complained about broken shutter; I was shocked, concerned and
scheduled to visit immediately , Not to effect her schedule and plans ( with the goal in providing
customer care and service) left my warehouse early Monmorning, was at her home at 8:promptly
found that due to slamming they had caused damage , we mended the damage yet offered to replace
with a new panel( Third visit) Expedited the remake, so that we can install at her connivence, she stated she has
time off first week of January , Visited 9:amJan 4th , install takes 20-Minagain complying to her requirement took 1/hours to review and adjust over and overat final review I found that she slams the panel harsh and stated that products are to be handled
properly , she then suddenly started in asking for a refundAdditionally, I must note , we use a drop cloth in front of the windows, after installation we vacuum and clean
the area ** *** has clams, and simply disregards our caring professional services According to her purchase agreement and industry standards custom made products are not subject to
return or cancellation In view of our commitment to customer satisfaction we have offered partial or
full credit , We supply window coverings of all kinds, and are willing to provide replacement productsRegards

Dear [redacted].[redacted] signed a purchase order on 8-18-2014, this was to purchase 4 custom mode blinds. This agreements states in bold letters, ( No change or cancellation 24 hours after placing your order.)We did not mail the copy of this...

agreement to her. (a simple oversight)[redacted], called with complaining that she had emailed 6:00 am, and wanted this copy. The contract copy was immediately emailed to her.She requested a detailed break down This was emailed to her within an hour. She then complained that the details were not sufficient. (much dis respect and errogance)She was reminded that the order was shipped and will be installed as promised on Friday. We sincerely apologized for the delay in sending a receipt. She proceeded to cancel (Then we did not make treat but stating the fact that there is no change or cancellation of any custom order in the event of default she is responsible for purchase price and any collection fee)She ignored her contract and cancelled.Regretfully we have offered supply and installation as ordered and she now claims that fhe price was unfair. We also suggested that she might get another quote from any other local vendor to find that our offer is the most reasonable, she has ignored this suggestion. Our sole intent is fulfilling our customer orders and of course once customer ignores their obligation we will pursuit legal action. If you wish to mediate please notify her that we win deliver and install the goods at the agreed contracted cost $ 430. Upon receipt of her payment- (we have 10 business days waiting period).I hope you find this explanation truthful, business like and advise [redacted] of her invalid complaint.RegardsKass K

Dear Revdex.com,
[redacted] signed the agreement, to purchase this agreement indicates quantity and sizes of her purchased blinds.
We demonstrated the product,  discussed details.
She examined a sample ,  There is no denying that the receipt was not sent to her
on a timely manner yet, this did not void her signature and contract.
Of course she was readily informed that there is no change nor cancellation of her order.
We repeatedly offered cooperation and willingness to accommodate and had no reply.
We offered her to pay $430 and have her order delivered and installed to avoid her paying
collection fees, legal fees , etc.  she has not replied.  We understand Revdex.com is to protect
consumer from poor business practices.  We offer quality products, professional services .
Regards
Kass

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
The 'Purchase Order' signed did not contain numbers and NO copy was left with me. Agreement when he left 08/18/2014 was he would provide detailed breakdown because PO did not have a breakdown. Timeline of events is as follows:
- 08/18/2014 (Monday): Consultation at Condo with my fiancé and me and selection made for 4 custom blinds; agreement made Invoice would be provided by Kass to [redacted] upon departure (As indicated previously, 'Purchase Order' signed did not contain a breakdown of numbers of product); Balance upon departure with $600 credit applied was I believe $236 for 4 faux wood blinds
- 08/22/2014 (Friday): 6:50 AM - email sent inquiring status of Invoice (response received from Paula) - Attached
- 08/25/2014 (Monday): Afternoon - Called to follow-up regarding no follow-up to email and lack of invoice (indicated it was unacceptable); email exchange ensued until an invoice was received which is attached (still lacks detail such as name of manufacturer, part number, etc.; things able to research as all I am able to go on is what is on HIS website). Text of first 'invoice' received via email August 25, 2014 is as follows:

- 08/26/2014 (Tuesday): Called [redacted] Local and told them of my troubles with the vendor from whom I had purchased a voucher from. They promptly refunded my payment. Voucher in amount of $400 with [redacted] was cancelled and I let Decorating USA know - That was the Cancellation date...
- 08/29/2014 (Friday): Informed me of new payment amount of $430
His new price shows a willingness to work to resolve this BUT at same time it is clear the [redacted] voucher for which I paid $199 was not worth it; I was never going to get the $600 worth of quality product.

Dear Revdex.com,
We continued informing [redacted] in regards to the fact that we did not default as well as the fact that we are supplying the most competetive pricing and award winning latest blinds .
We recommended [redacted] to compare our product...

service and installation to any other local company.  It appears that she found our claims as valid and concluded that we may install and get paid accordingly.
Thank you for your considerations. At this point it appears that she is happy with our reply and is looking for scheduling installation and completion.
Please let us know if there is any other concerns.

Review: I ordered a [redacted] Local voucher entitling me to $600 worth of blinds, shutters or shades and paid $199. Kass (Owner) came to my condo Monday, August 18, 2014 to measure the 4 windows (2 separated bedroom windows and 2 living room windows) and so we could select from options available. The owner from the moment I spoke to him and from when he arrived at having to provide the $400 product had an attitude. My fiancee sensed that and asked for a discount only to get $6. We finally settled on faux wood blinds and I was told for 4 windows I would still have a $230 balance. Speaking to a Realtor who called people in the business, they said that was not a fair price. Upon his leaving, it was agreed he would provide an invoice with a breakdown of the prices via email. I had not received any word as of Friday, August 22, 2014 so I sent an email inquiring via their online contact system. I received a acknowledgement response but NOTHING from the company and I finally called Monday and said it was unacceptable. I finally received an invoice via email but the first one he sent was so vague (invoices/receipts from merchants at overseas markets have been more detailed) not containing a breakdown, product details, brand name, etc. Invoice I finally received still does not have the product name, full measurements. I called [redacted] explaining the experience I endured and how the company broke the agreement to provide an invoice and they refunded my voucher and I then notified the owner. Kass is threatening legal action saying I did not cancel within 24 hours but I did not have an invoice until Monday, August 25 and I canceled Tuesday, August 26. Installation was to occur Friday, August 29, 2014 and I was leery of being alone in my residence with him.Desired Settlement: The order was not considered placed without being provided an invoice. He needs to accept that and realize if you are going to offer voucher deals to provide fair pricing.

Response:

Dear Revdex.com,

Review: I had purchased a [redacted] Local Voucher entitling me to $600 worth of Blinds, Shutters or Shades for $199.00. The owner Kass came to my condo Monday, August 17, 2014 to give me an estimate and seemed resentful of having to provide $400 worth of product. My boyfriend/man of house sensed that and asked for discount only to be ignored and we finally selected low-end faux wood blinds for two rooms only to have him say they were $843 (me owing the balance of 243). Upon his leaving, it was agreed he would send me an Invoice providing a breakdown. I finally after NOT hearing from him sent an email Friday morning at 6:50 AM only to be ignored and then called Monday. He then sent the vaguest of Invoices where I then had to ask for costs and a detailing of product. Final invoice did not provide brand, square feet of blinds, etc. Invoices/receipts at overseas markets/bazaars have had MORE detail!! I called [redacted] and explained my horrible experience so far and they promptly cancelled/refunded my voucher. I was scared to be alone with him in my condo for the Installation scheduled for Friday, August 29, 2014.Desired Settlement: Kass is being threatening by stating (and denying despite my having a witness of agreement to Invoice) ---We are here to supply window coverings. I do not have much knowledge regarding this matter. Considering the fact that you have already cancelled your voucher.I will of course keep you posted, If we find that delay in sending the copy of your contract has violated your purchase agreement then will offer full apology. I will however will keep you posted as I file for collection
