***MUST READ - DECORATIVE CONCRETE OF AUSTIN (John F.) loses lawsuit. (Pamela S. WINS LAWSUIT for $4,787.87 in December 2019)***
Unfortunately John F. and his wife Brandi F. went ghost, they are doing everything they can to try and dodge coughing up the money. Currently being pursued through all legal channels to force the collection, if not by choice then by force by way of placing Liens and obtaining a Writ of Execution to freeze bank accounts.

John F. (Owner) of Decorative Concrete of Austin SCAMMED ME AND OTHERS. I hired John French with Decorative Concrete of Austin to stain the concrete in my home back in June (2019). Please see attached photo of the Judgement (won) against the company in the amount of $4,787.87. I also have plenty of photos of the shotty work and the mess he left my floors & home in when the job was complete.
John F. ignored my original complaint, he along with his wife Brandi F. fired back with blasting the customer, stealing photos from our Facebook page which had a small child in it and Social Media blasts with some very false yet NASTY comments about the customers, their home and how they live. Shortly after their Social Media attacks they ignored all contact, and refused to do anything to correct the issues.
Please continue reading below and see attached photos to see just how horrible of a job John French left me, and others with 😮😥. It should also give you a better understanding that the reason he has such a good rating via Google & Yelp seems very likely to be false reviews, 2 BBB (C rating 👎) complaints on file that are verifiable and can't be altered, along with complaints on Google & Yelp (company can and does post false reviews & photos). I was able to get some of the false positive reviews by fake accounts removed by Google. Unfortunately he had his wife Brandi F., formerly Brandi T. and at least one employee (Robert L) posting 5 star reviews for the company and it very much appears he has also had many friends doing the same. If you look 👀through the complaints you will notice after he gets a serious one he will bury it with several positive reviews almost immediately. He got about (10) 5 star reviews within days of my complaint and it has continued since, allowing his score to go from a little over 3 stars to 4.6 (Google, Yelp) Please take your time to really look through the pattern, lack of info on some, lack of photos on others, and they even go as far as posting reviews in different names and adding multiple photos with pictures stating John F. did great work. Problem arises because these photos are supposedly for the same person, and same job. If you pay attention to the pictures there are times they aren't even of the same location, the house's look different, and the floors are different colors.
If you have the time to research everything then please do and you will see for yourself that at a minimum it's very sketchy and
the bad reviews on this company are not minimal complaints, they are horrible. I did my research but I was fooled by the 4.6 rating, the raving reviews, and the absolutely gorgeous (likely stolen) photos. I even found a couple of those photos on other websites so someone's being dishonest.
Prior to bringing John F, his company, and his 2 man crew into your home don't be fooled like I was by the buried bad reviews. Look at all the 1 star reviews and photos. Unfortunately Google doesn't post every review for everyone to see so my review is not showing up, but look at the business photos and I've posted several.

In response to complaint [redacted].When contracted to do the work in your home as discussed you were informed that color can vary especially when multiple colors are applied.The first attempt to get the color the way you wanted was splochy in areas due to very poor lighting As agreed in...

the contract you paid half down and half on complete and the bill was paid in full.I knew you were not 100% happy with your floor at which time I agreed to resurface the entire floor restain and seal at my expense even though the bill had been settled as complete.After the concrete was complete you asked if I could add more green to the floor so I did as you asked.When contracted it was discussed with you the possibility of cracks showing thru the micritopping from your original slab.I responded to all of your emails and calls and returned to clean up over spray on 2 vents and even offered to pay a cleaning crew.When I first met with you to discuss your floors and take measurements we agreed the price would either go up or down at a price rate per square foot as stated in our contract  pending accurate measurements after all of your things were moved that prevented accurate measurements at the time of our first meeting.Im sorry I was unable to meet your expectations at this time I have done all I can do and will be unable to give you a refund Regards[redacted]
