Review: This company ruined a set of vintage motorcycle forks I gave them to re-chrome. They refused to refund my money and wanted me to pay an additional $150 to rework their error. When I refused, they kept my parts and left me with a 40-year-old motorcycle without front forks. A woman in the office named "[redacted]" was quite nasty to me over the phone and now no one from the company will return my calls.Desired Settlement: Refund $234
