Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I tried to order them and you never returned my emails, yes you rejected the first offer, but then I said I wanted to purchase two of them for the $priceyou never responded which I ended up calling instead and spoke to Aby K [redacted] and he told me that the price was $not $149.00, after being hung up on a few times that is when this all started, terrible customer service, you don't just hang up on people, I feel you should honor the price that was originally posted on your web site Regards, [redacted]

Terrible businessAfter I had placed the order, they forgot about itI called days laterA heavily accented receptionist lied about everything: "We are waiting for the item to be delivered to us to ship it to youNo, we do have it in storeNo it has to be delivered to usNo, we did not forgetIt will take 2-days to have it here..." Anyway, minutes later (!) I receive an email that the lamp has been shipped

Hello Sir,Customer initially placed order online for Vanity onlyOur website offers the option of purchasing mirror along with vanity but customer selected NO for the Mirror optionLater customer called again and said she wants to have mirror as well with the vanityWe politely informed
the customer that we would check with the manufacturer and let her know the cost of shipping mirror separatelyWe called manufacturer and asked if mirror can be shipped with the vanity to which they replied the order for vanity had been sent for shipping and hence mirror cannot go with it, it has to be shipped separately which would cost $This is because mirrors ship common carrier to avoid shipping damageWe informed the same to the customer and she asked to cancel the orderWhen we called manufacturer they said vanity already shipped and there will be 20% restocking fees if the order gets cancelledSame thing communicated to the customer and she refused to pay charges for shipping the mirror and declining to pay the restocking fee as wellPlease let us know if you need any more information.Regards,MaxManager - Decorprice.com

Wow! It is hard to imagine a business more unprofessional than decorprice.com They sold me an item ($Kohler faucet) that had been previously been opened and was missing all of the installation hardware and several critical partsI contacted thinking this will be no problemSHOCKER! They told me that the box had not been opened and returned, but rather it had been opened by their QC peopleThat I should go ahead and install the faucet and if it was defective I could send it back! I then threatened to contact Kohler regarding the matter and suddenly they said they would ship the new unit out right awayOne week later (after my constant follow up) I am told the item is out of stock and they cannot replace the unitI am now days into the process and could have gone to get the unit from my local Lowes but I wasted more time with Sam promising to resolve the matterSTAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I am rejecting this response because:  This is untrue.  I have not received return labels.  I will be happy to return the fans,...

but at this point, with the degree of negligence and deception (i.e. stating that return labels were sent when they were not), I am concerned that I may not even receive a refund once the return is complete.

I am rejecting this response because:
I will close the complaint once I received the refund.  I have not been satisfied with communication thus far.  In fact, no action was taken until I involved both my bank, and the Revdex.com.  Therefore, I will keep both agencies involved until this matter is resolved to my satisfaction.  If customer service would have been more responsive in my previous attempts to solve the issue at hand I would not have had to bring in outside parties.

Terrible business. After I had placed the order, they forgot about it. I called 8 days later. A heavily accented receptionist lied about everything: "We are waiting for the item to be delivered to us to ship it to you... No, we do have it in store... No it has to be delivered to us... No, we did not forget... It will take 2-3 days to have it here..." Anyway, 4 minutes later (!) I receive an email that the lamp has been shipped.

yes you rejected the first offer, but then I said I wanted to purchase two of them for the $149.00 price. you never responded which I ended up calling instead and spoke to Aby K[redacted] and he told me that the price was $256.00 not $149.00, after being hung up on a few times  that is when this all started, terrible customer service, you don't just hang up on people,  I feel you should honor the price that was originally posted on your web site
