We called Buckeye Plumbing, Inc.soon after we moved into our house in Wellington FL. The house was built in 2007. In 2 showers, not enough hot water was coming out. The relatively new garbage dispose with Buckeye Plumbing sticker on it was not working. The technician recommended replacing all non-working items with the company-provided material. We paid about $900 and we were not impressed with the results. We ended up with a big hole in the wall of the master bedroom. One shower was still leaking. My wife called to complain and they sent another technician to recommend more replacements and more payments. a couple of weeks later, I discovered that the garbage disposer they connected dumps dirt into the brand new dishwasher. My wife called to complain again and they sent another technician to recommend replacing the angle valve of the dishwasher. I realized that the water inlet to the dishwasher was cut. I do not know whether the prior technician from Buckeye Plumbing cut it or he failed to inform us that the dishwasher was not connected. The last technician that came on October 6, 2015 was arrogant. He first said he is here for a new service, not for a complaint. After showing him the problem, instead of showing care or support, he asked for the prior paperwork. He said I am going to have to charge you $155 to connect the angle valve. I became upset and said I am not going to pay you anything. He walked out, spent over 15 minutes and came back to tell us that he talked to his supervisor and he recommends that he hooks up the dishwasher drainage hose. If we want to fix the problem, we need to have him replace the angle valve to the dishwasher and that would cost $155.67. We refused to pay for another service with the company and refused to sign another service contract with them.

In summary, this is the worst and most expensive service I have ever encountered with a plumber. Truly arrogant people and they adjudicate complaint to their own satisfaction. They rip customers off. They do not repair. They replace with exaggerated prices. They are nice as long as you pay the excessive payments they ask for. If you ask them to stand by their commitment to the profession and to you as a customer, they show you the other face.
