We called Buckeye Plumbing, Inc.soon after we moved into our house in Wellington FLThe house was built in In showers, not enough hot water was coming outThe relatively new garbage dispose with Buckeye Plumbing sticker on it was not workingThe technician recommended replacing all non-working items with the company-provided materialWe paid about $and we were not impressed with the resultsWe ended up with a big hole in the wall of the master bedroomOne shower was still leakingMy wife called to complain and they sent another technician to recommend more replacements and more paymentsa couple of weeks later, I discovered that the garbage disposer they connected dumps dirt into the brand new dishwasherMy wife called to complain again and they sent another technician to recommend replacing the angle valve of the dishwasherI realized that the water inlet to the dishwasher was cutI do not know whether the prior technician from Buckeye Plumbing cut it or he failed to inform us that the dishwasher was not connectedThe last technician that came on October 6, was arrogantHe first said he is here for a new service, not for a complaintAfter showing him the problem, instead of showing care or support, he asked for the prior paperworkHe said I am going to have to charge you $to connect the angle valveI became upset and said I am not going to pay you anythingHe walked out, spent over minutes and came back to tell us that he talked to his supervisor and he recommends that he hooks up the dishwasher drainage hoseIf we want to fix the problem, we need to have him replace the angle valve to the dishwasher and that would cost $We refused to pay for another service with the company and refused to sign another service contract with them In summary, this is the worst and most expensive service I have ever encountered with a plumberTruly arrogant people and they adjudicate complaint to their own satisfactionThey rip customers offThey do not repairThey replace with exaggerated pricesThey are nice as long as you pay the excessive payments they ask forIf you ask them to stand by their commitment to the profession and to you as a customer, they show you the other face
