Hi ***,Thanks for your emailWe strive to provide excellent service, so I'm sorry you've had a negative experienceWhen a car is under the Lemon Law, it's automatically a $deductible to fix the problem, regardless of what it isIf you still have the paperwork, it will explain it in there and I'm sure the finance manager went over it when you purchased the vehicle Our sales manager, **, is off today, but I'm sure if you gave him a call tomorrow he would be more than happy to discuss this with youPlease feel free to respond back or give us a call at [redacted] .Thank you, [redacted] **

[redacted] ,You purchased this vehicle from us in August This issue with your vehicle’s engine occurred just recently, in June - nearly two years after your purchaseAlso, there is no indication any oil change or basic service has occurred in almost two yearsWhen the vehicle was purchased, it had 76,miles on itWe performed a pre-delivery safety inspection in August of 2013, the car passed the MA state inspection following its saleYou also brought the vehicle to a 3rd party ( [redacted] of Raynham), which inspected and serviced the car in November Currently, the vehicle has 85,miles on it (as of June 3, 2015) and had been driven to Tennessee before experiencing the engine seizureSo two years and nearly 9,miles in between oil changes - the engine seizedRegrettably there’s not much one can do about thatWe’ve attached the [redacted] report, which validates the chain of events we listedWe’re sorry that you're experiencing car troubleWe’d be more than happy to help them trade out of it, but the claims that we knowingly performed poor service or any other accusation is simply not true, and we consider it derogatory and libelous.Post sale service aside, the vehicle that was sold to you was in full compliance with Massachusetts General Law Section 93(a) Limited Use Vehicle Warranty Dedham Automall fulfilled all of the requirements under the day/mile warranty period, following the purchase.Dedham Auto Mall has no further obligation in the matter, and we only recently found out about this issueHowever, we would be more than happy to help trade your car and work to find a replacement vehicle.Sincerely,***

Dear ***,We strive to provide excellent customer service, so we're sorry you've experienced this problemWe want to work with you to help resolve the issuePlease respond back to this email or give us a call at [redacted] and hopefully we can work together to figure out solution to the problem.Thank you,***

Hello,In regards to this complaintThis is a third party who sent it in, who is not listed on any paperworkLegally we can't communicate with him about this because he did not purchase this carThe actual customer has been in contact with our managers and service department and is getting everything fixedThank you,

Who in service were you dealing with in this process? I want to look into this for you more and I'd like to make sure I have all the facts correctlySo the car was purchased on june 3rd and the car was brought back to service in June 27th and they charged you the deductible AND they still
charged you for the job?? Usually if the car comes back and we are doing work under the lemon law we charge the $and the dealer covers the rest so its why I'm asking for more details so I can make sure this don't happen againWhich location did you buy your car at and who was your salesman?

***, Thank you for
your responseTo update you, there have been Oil Changes done on the vehicle
since purchased In addition to Oil Changes, we have had to take it to
mechanics to try to figure out the noise coming from the vehicleSame noise as
when we purchased the vehicle and was told by Dedham Auto Mall, issue had been
fixed In addition, the mileage you indicated is incorrect With
the mile trip from Massachusetts to Texas, a total mile put in the vehicle
in almost years is 4000, not the you claim I believe we should
know, we have the vehicle. Interesting how
you didn't mention the vehicle having to come back to the shop because it died
days after driving off your lot I should have known then, the vehicle
was defective You may have
complied by the Massachusetts state laws, by hiding car issues with additives
(I have pictures and reports to prove it) to sell the vehicle The car
fax is not going to provide mechanical problems with the car such as engine or
over heated in the past which caused the head of the engine to warp. It is terrible
business practice to sell less than par vehicles to customers especially to
students who experience their first car with horrible experience. Frankly, I could
trade this vehicle in at any dealership, thus not sure I would ever do business
with Dedham Auto Mall All I am asking for is to be reimbursed for the
engine as Dedham Auto Mall sold a vehicle with a defective engine Regards,*** ***

Once again, a car should not need a break job two weeks after purchase if it was serviced properly. Non-returned phone calls from ** and [redacted] does not represent even good service. The $100 it would cost you to correct this would be far less than a bad online review would cost you in lost business.

I have been back and forth and I haven't seeing the credit ($500 deposit in 4/11) on my account, this is not acceptable. I drove all the way to Dedham for nothing, this is a very frustrating after 3 months. .]

We don't show fake [redacted] reports. Since he's not returning your calls/emails, I would suggest just coming in to the dealership, so we can get you out of the car. ** is off on Monday afternoons and Wednesday's so you don't come in when he's off.
