I am so sorry of the difficult that the buyer encountered The real estate agent Tracy C [redacted] no longer works for our company We have spoken to her and she claims that the propane tank was paid for by the seller and that the year the home was built was listed properly on the MLS Tracy forward us an email showing us that, she did report the leak along with a photograph of it by email to the buyers agent, prior to closing Ricardo G [redacted] Yakima Valley Real Estate(509) 307-6062www.ricardoyvrealestate.com
