I'm writing in regards to an compliant brought by Mr [redacted] @ [redacted] , [redacted] , [redacted] *** Mr [redacted] did in fact hire our company to level his property as well,help the excess of water standing in the back yardI think that we fulfilled our obligation in doing so!! Mr [redacted] wanted an miracle for the least amount of money to help his situation with his yardWe came and provided the best job for him regardless of the dollar amount set forthWe also stated to Mr [redacted] that we couldn't promised that weeds wouldn't popped back through, unless we treated it,with an chemical solution that would help some of the weed control ( [redacted] ***)We offered to provide this service to him at additional charge ( $)We also told Mr [redacted] that he wouldn't start seeing any new growth to the yard for a minimal of 4-weeks, which is what happens in a case like this oneWhen Mr [redacted] contacted us in regards to the weed issue, we also stated to him that it was okay to cut the grass/weeds and that it's not unusual to see such weeds growing during the process of new growthMr [redacted] didn't give us adequate time nor an opportunity to come and see just what the issues were, before he went on his campaign to talk badly about our business on every social media site that he could findWe truly feel that Mr [redacted] wanted an instant change in his back yard as if green grass would be in place after we came and did the workMr [redacted] doesn't fully understand that it takes time and patients, as well constant care from the homeowner as well We pride ourselves in making sure that every customer is taken care of, as well satisfy to the best of our abilitiesWe understand that we can't please every customer out there but again we do our absolute best in trying to do so!!
