I hired the business to paint, roof repair, basement steps and stain my front door and other jobs. He only completed the painting portion and ceiling work. He had me give him $500 up front. He has not returned to finish the other jobs. He will come by, but he doesn't do anything. He was to come back on Monday and never did.
They voided the contract by breaking it, finding someone else to do the work.

*** I’m writing you in regards to me filing a complaint *** never came over to complete the work he would come by but don’t do anything. I paid him $500 dollars to start and he just paintied that is all he done was not satisfied with him like I said he never would come over to complete the work.Didnr measure the floors in the attic to see how much tile was needed had my daughter by this tile and said it was enough but it wasn’t had to take it back. *** did not finish what the contract said he told my daughter that we would be hearing from his lawyer I knew he was bluffing he just gave me the run around. He would come over and bring my granddaughter a little four wheeler she didn’t need that I just wanted him to finish what he was supposed to do and he did not I can let you see the proposal that’s all it was
