Review: I purchased Boxer shorts, and they do not fit me. I decided to return them, and the store told me that they do not refund or exchange for underwear.I would like a refund because I am very upset with my purchase. The purchase was 4.99. And I have a receipt. I have purchased another pair, and I have lost the receipt, however, usually the store usually gives at least store credit for no receipt.Desired Settlement: Presently I have 2 packages of boxers that I have purchased from the store and I am completely dissatisfied and would like a total refund for at least one and credit for the other. I would like for the store to change its no refund policy for Boxer shorts. This is not fair for the customers. ]Sincerely,[redacted]

Our customer [redacted] complained and expressed disapproval of our policy not to issue refunds or exchanges on undergarments. While we have a liberal refund/exchange policy on all items sold at our retail store, we do have two documented exceptions that were instituted for the safety of our customers. The first exception are undergarments. Our policy is not to exchange or accept returns of open packaged undergarments for hygiene and sanitary reasons. The second exception are bedding items such as sheet sets, comforters, and pillows. The reason for this second exception is to prevent the spread of bed bugs. All other items sold at the store may be returned or exchanged subject to our policies.
Nonetheless, in desire to keep our customer [redacted] satisfied and happy, we are willing to grant a $10.00 store credit (for the 2 sets of boxer shorts each @$4.99.) We do not want the undergarments back for the above reasons, but will issue the credit.
[redacted] is asked to see either [redacted] or [redacted] when coming to the store at [redacted], as they have been advised of this special exception. The store credit will not be given in form of a document, but rather [redacted] is asked to use the credit when he comes in.
