Went to this location, questioned if they were capable of doing Seat Covers for an automobileWas told Ruthy is who we had to seeIt took Ruthy months to get the project doneAt one point we complained to the owner Jerry, explained that Ruthy kept messing upHis response"what do you want your [redacted] money back!" We just wanted the covers to be done correctly! Finally, after months of going back and forth, getting all the mistakes fixedI arrived to pick up the last of the coversI get home, is wrong, I shoot back down to deland and she fixes itGet to the next seat, another one is wrongSend my wife back in the next morningAsked Ruthy to fix it,she did quickly but in the wrong color threadAt this point, wife is on the phone with me and speaking to Jerry (the owner in person) She tells Jerry that another piece is messed up (he asked who did it, she said Ruthy and he said that is the problem), he gets rude with my wife and tells her that he doesn't want our business and not to come back! Doesn't want our business??? We've spent close to $cash on this project! She explains to Jerry that she just wants the new stitching fixedJerry proceeds to reach into his pocket, throws twenty dollar bills at her and tells her not to come back! As a business owner I am appalled by the way Jerry treats his customersIf you want poor workmanship and terrible customer service Hunt's is definitely the place to go!
