They're a bunch of crooksTruck broke down week after purchase and wouldn't honor any warranteeOnce you sign the papers they don't care about you anymoreThey did the paperwork for $more than what I was told the price wasNever go hereThey will rip you off
I purchased a Ford excursion from this dealer, vehicle looked great in pictures and even test drove goodStaff was extremely friendly when I was there in person.Here's where the story beginsMajor mechanical issues on the very next day that I drove vehicle ,call salesman back *** Asked for assistance ,he said send him the receipts and he would get with owner and call me backI have never received a call from themI've had to call them several times.this sales person is sarcastic and rude to say the leastI have yet to receive a call back from ownerI am aware of the no warranty on used vehicles, however a little help would have been much appreciated
