I had my order placed on Dec 19 and it only arrived on Jan 5th!
During this time, communication was poor and customer service was not helpful. It seems that the item was not in stock and there was no estimate of receiving it.
Funny that all their reviews on their website are great, and yet me, as a customer, had no way of leaving one.
In summary, it looks like a drop ship website. never again.
