Customer brought their [redacted] 47" TV to us for assessment on 6/16/At that time per June timeframes customer was advised as to a slight diagnostic lead time due to a large backlog and heavy recent repair demand at [redacted] TVAlso at that time we collected our standard bench minimum for this TV category, amounting to $As always, our diagnostic minimum collected applies to any repair totalWe called customer on 6/and left voice message indicating their repair quote was readyUpon contact, customer indicated they did not wish to proceed with the repairWe attempted to negotiate an improved pricing for the customer however they declined this offer alsoTV was re-assembled and customer picked up on 7/9/I have not discovered any notes regarding "diagnostics refused" on any of our invoices or documentationOur invoice indicates Estimate Declined Per the customer's request, I have emailed an invoice indicating our original projected repair costs and our diagnostic findingsJohn D***VP [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not This problem has not been resolved because I was not given anything in writing regarding the diagnosticI have an invoice that clearly reads " Diagnostic Refused"I have in essence paid for a service I did not receive and all because I would not consent to the repair*** TV has not tried to right this wrong and has a deceptive business practiceIt is their obligation to give the customer information verbally and in writingBusiness principles dictate that a company should stand behind their work and *** TV is not interested in this

Upon contact, customer indicated they did not wish to proceed with the repair. We attempted to negotiate an improved pricing for the customer however they declined this offer also. TV was re-assembled and customer picked up on 7/9/15. I have not discovered any notes regarding "diagnostics refused"  on any of our invoices or documentation.
