Deem operates a platform that connects Merchants with consumersAlthough Deem is not responsible for the conduct of Merchants
or consumers, we do take all issues seriously and will cooperate with each to reach resolution
In this light, we attempted to contact the owner of *** E *** *** (the owner), as well as *** (marketing director) or *** (the signator of the agreement to place their offer on the Deem platform)We were not successful with these folks but did finally reach the General Manager, ***We talked to him about the Revdex.com complaint of *** *** He said he recalls accepting a Homerun voucher recently and that there was not an issue involvedHe was not aware of *** Wu's issue*** insured us that they have always honored any vouchers from Deem and to please have the customer come back and ask for him, *** *** GMHe also gave us his email address - ***@fattoriaemare.comWe also provided *** with *** *** name and voucher number

Although the business admits the vouche in their response, there is no actural solution about the redemption of the voucherAs I mentioned in my complaint, this business admitted the same thing in the email to homerun, but when I was back to the restaurant, I reached the owner without problem solvingI demand the restaurant refund $of my out of pocket cash as the redemption of my voucher

As mentioned in my complaint, I followed the direction of Homerun and was back to the restaurant, but the redemption of the voucher was denied buy the restaurant ownerI was told the restaurant didn't have commercial contract with
Homerun for the voucherSo I assume Homerun made the fraud sale and should refund the $to me

I must be a little slow because I didn't see any response to my allegation. So it was not resolved or addressed....

Deem operates a platform that facilitates interactions between Merchants and consumers. Deem's role is much like UPS delivering a package from a shipper to a recipient.
The Merchant here, The [redacted] in [redacted] Park [redacted], did contract with Deem to place their offer on the Deem platform and Deem did deliver the payment made by Ms [redacted] to this Merchant. On December 1, Deem contacted this Merchant and reminded them of their obligation to fulfill the offers that they place on the Deem platform. As Deem's role is merely to facilitate the transaction between Ms [redacted] and this Merchant, and Deem did fulfill this role. We suggest that Ms. [redacted] contact this Merchant again.
